😢 ! I love tire videos . I just got the 800DE, and im trying to decide if I want to look cool with big knobby's and throw away the little bit of cornering ability that the stock 90/90/21 provides . I need a tire for the sand of the nevada desert and the asphalt twisties of the sierra mountain's .

I have a 2022 XC and it developed an engine knocking noise after an oil change. Lots of others have complained about this engine noise. Watch UA-cam videos on this to research it yourself. Beware ! I love my scrambler but this engine noise is horrible, and very concerning.

How about all the electronic issues?

I'd take a well set up 500 any day over any of these heavy "supermoto's".

P.S. Let's convince KTM that we all need a 950-990 V-Twin with no "Electronics" specs. just good engine, chasis and they will kill the opposite market. For all the rest, there are cars. P.P.S. Ups, we already have that, but stopped making parts.

I used to ride an r6 for years. Then changed to a triumph speed tripple rs 1050......somewhere along the line i fell out of love with riding. Then i chopped it in for this gsxs1000 2024 and im back with the bug again. Not that the speed was bad atall but this Suzuki just makes me want to ride and get out there amd get after the road. It was then i realised what i was missing......FUN.

I never understood the reaction to the 999 when it was launched, it's an outstanding piece of design. Ducati never got the praise they deserved when replacing the classic 916 family with this. It's also very narrow, which your tracking shots pick up very well, just as a good bike should be. Every bit as iconic as the series it replaced, imo.

How's the analog suspension of the 900 compare to the electronic suspension of the 1200s?

its all about the technique, here in colombia you would be amaze to the places those bikes frequent, hardly any maintenance, once i felt on a trail while i was getting my shit back up an old fella on a 110 bajaj with a baby and another dude at the back casually riding down the place where i just felt

My dyno guys are a bit smarter. They do a slower acceleration at low rpms. The torque below 3000 is quite useful in normal riding.

47 mpg?? Really? I got 79 mpg during the last 750 miles on my SV650. 47 mpg was what I got in the seventies on the two stroke three cylinder Suzuki GT550 and other bikes of that time.
